Kaliningrad Regional Economic Development Agency

Kaliningrad Regional Economic Development Agency (short name - Regional Development Agency, or Kaliningrad RDA) was established in December 1999 and has been operating as an NGO focusing on issues of regional development, improvement of business climate and fostering the inflow of investment in the Kaliningrad region ever since. The agency’s mission – support to the development of the Kaliningrad region as a region of Russian-European economic cooperation, establishing the principles of partnership and based on that - radically improving the quality of life and competitive capacity of the western exclave of the Russian Federation. The priority objective for the Agency at present is to foster the development of competitive business climate in the region and to create conditions for implementation of pilot business projects aimed at improving the structure of the region’s economy and attracting investments.
