Foundation creates the conditions for competitiveness of small and medium-sized businesses "Victoria"

Foundation "Victoria" creates the conditions for competitiveness of small and medium-sized businesses of Russia with the help of practical experience of foreign countries. The Fund aims - to adapt and put into practice of Russian small and medium-sized enterprises really working modern technologies. At the fund operates Expert Council. Members of the Council determine the viability of projects, the possibility of implementing technologies in Russia, their profitability and return on investment. The Expert Council includes Russian and international experts and organizations, consists of private companies, associations and individual experts.
